Every Thursday from 6pm-7pm. This is a gentle and basic yoga class designed to teach:

  1. 1)  Posture and breathing techniques

  2. 2)  How to release and relieve stress

  3. 3)  Methods to reduce tension & improve circulation

  4. 4)  How to relax

  5. 5)  Fundamentals and positions of gentle yoga.
