Arlington Forest United Methodist Church (AFUMC) is officially closing as a congregation on June 30, 2021. Church membership rolls and archives are being transferred to Clarendon United Methodist Church, and inquiries regarding membership can be made to the Clarendon UMC office. The church building will continue to be used as a place of worship and service, now housing the First Vietnamese American United Methodist Church and (temporarily) the Central United Methodist Church.
